Do you have any children and/or pets? William is 4, Benjamin is 7 months old. Fry the cat and Leela the dog are both 14 yo!
Any other info you want to share? I enjoy seeing that lightbulb click. It is what brought me back to teaching.
Bio
Dr. Christy Hartmann Cycotte grew up in Lafitte, Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University for her undergraduate degree and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans for her medical degree. She then obtained her Ob/Gyn training at Louisiana State University Ob/Gyn Residency Program in New Orleans. She was in private practice for 4 years and hospitalist for 2 years before joining our faculty. Her hobbies include spending time with family, baking, traveling and watching The Office. She is married and has 2 children, William is 4 and Benjamin is 7 months old. She has one cat, Fry, and one dog, Leela, who are both 14 years old. Dr. Hartmann enjoys caring for the underserved population and being a part of the most important moments in our patients' lives. She serves as our Didactic Curriculum Director where she loves seeing the lightbulb click on, which is the passion that brought her back to teaching!
