What aspect of your job do you love the most? I love using my hands to fix a problem and seeing immediate fruits of my work, whether it is a small in-office procedure like removing an IUD or doing a complicated hysterectomy with the robot, gimme an instrument and some suture!
What's your favorite TV show or movie? The Office is the show that cheers me up when I am having a bad day, but Breaking Bad and Dexter are tied for some of the best shows of all time. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Call Me By Your Name are my favorite movies.
What are your hobbies? In the days before COVID I loved planning travel with my fiancée, hiking, and skiing. During COVID I have taken up running outside, yoga, and at-home workouts. I also love reading for fun and (slowly) adding to my grown-up wardrobe.
Do you have any children and/or pets? My fat gray cat Misha is also my fur-child.
Any other info you want to share? I can't wait to be a general OBGYN in private practice and build lifelong relationships with my patients, and am hoping to relocate to the DC area to be closer to family and friends.
