Bio

Rob Thibodaux is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at LSU Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC). He attended Louisiana State University in B.R. as an undergraduate, and received his M.D. from LSUHSC in New Orleans.  Dr. Thibodaux completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans.  He completed his Internal Medicine training and served as a chief resident with the LSU Internal Medicine Residency program in Baton Rouge.  His professional activities focus on resident and medical student education as an attending on inpatient medicine teams and staffing the general medicine outpatient clinics.  His area of clinical interest is the evaluation and managment of patients with resistant hypertension.  Dr. Thibodaux is a previous recipient of the LSUHSC Department of Medicine Award for Teaching Excellence, and is also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
