Students will spend two weeks rotating in New Orleans working closely with faculty and residents at our state-of-the-art medical facilities, UMC & OLOL in Baton Rouge. Schedule permitting, students will also rotate in our Manning Family Children's Hospital Clinic and have the opportunity to work with our Mohs surgeons. Overall, students will be exposed to a variety of skin pathology in patients of all ages and races while rotating through our clinics. Students will also be required to attend resident didactic days on Thursdays. Visiting students will be responsible to find housing for two weeks in Baton Rouge and two weeks in New Orleans. At the end of the rotation, students will give a brief presentation as well as take a short test.
