Dr. Shantell Ford was born and raised in Eunice, Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana State University in Shreveport with a bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She graduated with honors from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in 2015. Dr. Ford completed her internship and residency at LSU Health Science Center in Internal Medicine at University Hospital and Clinics in Lafayette, LA. Dr. Ford is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has practiced medicine as an LSUHSC Assistant Professor at University Hospitals and Clinics since 2018. By working at a teaching hospital, Dr. Ceaser has fulfilled her passion for medicine and education.
