What advice would you give incoming residents?
The faculty is one of the main reasons because they are extremely friendly, approachable,
and always willing to listen. They provide excellent teaching both one-on-one and
in group settings. From time to time the program director will reach out to you to
discuss how you are doing and if there is anything he can do to make life easier.
My fellow residents are amazing human beings that look out for one another and work
together to treat our patient with excellent respect.

Sometimes you will get the feeling you are the only one who doesn't have it all figured
out. you are not. Everyone struggles during intern year.it helps if you talk about
it. Don't be shy/afraid to ask question. we will listen to you, Trust me.
